Holiday Planning Sheets

In each month there is a holiday planner page for the traditional holiday that is taking place that month.  There are also a few vacation/camping anniversary and birthday planning sheets.  In December there are 5-6 planning pages which include gift buying, card giving, party planning, neighbor gifts, etc.  It's really everything you need for all of those extra things we have to think about and plan for as mothers.

New Weekly Planner Sheet

I've revised the weekly planner sheet.  Instead of doing two spreads, I've combined it down to one to keep the planner from being too bulky.  There are three slots to put the category you want whether it's a time or a person.  The boxes on the side are for you to categorize yourself, whether it's a "to do" list or a "grocery" list.  There are boxes for quotes you like, or things you would like to remember.  A focus word or whatever you choose.

There are places to plan for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for each days menu.  Very cute and functional.

Deliberate Parenting Sheet

These pages are meant to keep track of your child's needs and wants and time together, etc.  You can plan their birthday, see what they need for school, and remember their schedule.  You can jot down quick impressions and thoughts about each child.  Each child has their own pages.

Honestly, for me there is nothing worse than being inspired to help your child in some way and forgetting to write it down or losing the paper I wrote it down on.  Those opportunities were lost.

These pages will help us be more deliberate in our mothering and help us remember those impressions and thoughts.  We will be "mother's who know" our children and have a plan to help them reach their true potentials.

LDS Planner for Mormon Moms

Visiting Teaching Page

There will be 6 of these sheets in the planner.  They are great for keeping track of the sisters you go and visit.  Their favorite candy bar, their favorite color, etc.  You can jot down ideas or inspiration by the month.  You can record extra visits, cards, gifts, prayers, etc.  There is also a place to write down some info about their family members so  you can be mindful of them as well and know the happenings of your V.T. sister.  There will be a blank page with lines to keep notes or journal your visits.  This is a great tool for us as sisters and the Lord really appreciates good visiting teachers.

Teach my Children Page

This page is great because it allows you to see each month and the different topics that our children and that we ourselves are learning at church each Sunday.

It has a space for you to write down your thoughts and insights as you study the topics and also helps you to see what your children are learning that month.

On the right page, there is a place to ask yourself some questions about the topics and how it relates to each of your children and how you can teach the topic in your home. It gets you thinking.

These pages follow the FHE planning Pages each month and will have a different background each month.

Family Home Evening Planning

These are the Family Home Evening Planning Pages.  Each month will look different.  On the top of the left page there are some boxes to jot down different plans for activities together for FHE.  You can keep track of Assignments and who's turn is when.  You can jot down ideas and things needed in preparation like art supplies, ice cream or whatever.

The page on the right gives you space to write down the lesson topics and a few simple ideas to implement or focus on.  The Family Council Box is a place where you can write down any concerns, rules or family business you want to discuss at FHE meetings.  Short, Sweet and simple is the whole point of these boxes.  The writing boxes aren't that big so as to keep things simple and easy.  Jot down idea words or action words that will just spark your memory enough to remember.  The boxes on the bottom right are the basic principles of a functioning family found in the Family, A Proclamation to the World and are a good idea to have in front of your eyes monthly to review and check any principles your family might be lacking or need improvement on.  You can just check the box and have it in mind as you're planning your lessons and such.

I'm very excited about this FHE planning page in the planner and think it will greatly benefit us as mothers to deliberately plan, establish & maintain our Family Home Evenings.
