I made some agenda's for our class presidents and their counselors in Young women. I just went to the LDS web page and followed their suggestions for a class meeting agenda and made it all cute and fun.
I'm offering a free download of November & December for you...just to see if you like it. I will be offering a full 2014 pdf next week of the ENTIRE 2014 calendar year for $4.00 that you can print on your own and have bound or punched (you can print as many as you would like)
The agenda always has the NEXT month's curriculum on it, so there is actually time for the girls to discuss what THEY want to learn about and to decide who will help teach and work with which leader. ie., November agenda has December curriculum, December agenda has January curriculum and so forth. So you're always planning and thinking a little bit ahead.
We have our YW divided up into committees, so I kind of have it divided up by the committee to discuss at the pres. mtg. We have a compassionate service committee, and birthday/spotlight committee, and a friend-shipping committee. The girls are divided up into different committees and each has a leader from one of the class presidents that kind of takes the lead. We switch it up every 6 months. We have LOVED doing this and it has helped unite us.
Each committee gets $50 for the year and it teaches them to keep track of expenses and stick to a budget. They love having the responsibilities as well. If you want more information on the committee's you can email me and I will send you a pdf of the committee descriptions. (Did I use the word committee enough in this post?) I think so!
Anyway, I hope you can find some use for these planner agendas... all of you awesome Young Women and Young Women leaders out there. Isn't serving in the Young Women the BEST?! Especially when we make the girls do most of the work. ;)
Each month has a calendar, agenda, mutual planning pages and notes
Look for the full 2014 planning year with the curriculum next week.
I decided to add the committee descriptions here for you to download since I received so many email requests. (Right click on the picture and save it to your downloads folder).
