Keep on going

Today's giveaway is focused on moving forward and being a mom on the go.  Not in the sense we typically think about such as schedules and appointments but in a way that inspires progress and becoming and reaching our potentials.  We can always be improving and going in a forward direction.

Today we are giving away 3 mom on the go planners - these are our non-denominational planners and still have the great focus of God and family.

For entrance in this giveaway, simply post your favorite scripture or quote here on this blog on Facebook or Instagram and use the hashtag #momskeepongoing #momonthegoplanner

  1. My favorite scripture has always been Luke 2:52, "And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man".
we aim to pattern our lives after the greatest example...our Savior and just as He increased mentally, physically and loved God and Man, I too desire to "increase" in those ways! A small scripture with a big message! hehe!

thank you for these opportunities to submit entries. I am enjoying sharing and reading other posts!

  3. 2 Nephi 31:20 Wherefore, ye must press forward with a steadfastness in Christ, having a perfect brightness of hope, and a love of God and of all men. Wherefore, if ye shall press forward, feasting upon the word of Christ, and endure to the end, behold, thus saith the Father: Ye shall have eternal life.

  5. I truly can't have a favorite because there are SO many good scriptures and quotes out there.

One that is especially close to my heart though, is Ether 12:27, "And if men come unto me I will show unto them their weakness. I give unto men weakness that they may be humble; and my grace is sufficient for all men that humble themselves before me; for if they humble themselves before me, and have faith in me, then will I make weak things become strong unto them."

  6. ONE of my favorite scriptures is D&C 64:33 -- 33 "Wherefore, be not weary in well-doing, for ye are laying the foundation of a great work. And out of small things proceedeth that which is great". The small and simple things that moms do each day to love and care for their children are actually really big things!

  7. My favorite quote when I need encouragement is from Jeffrey R. Hollland, "In the gospel of Jesus Christ you have help from both sides of the veil. When disappointment and discouragement strike--and they will--you must remember and never forget that if our eyes could be opened we would see horses and chariots of fire as far as the eye can see riding at reckless speed to come to our protection." #momskeepongoing #momonthegoplanner

  9. One of my favorites is Moroni 10:5-6 "And when ye shall receive these things, I would exhort you that ye would ask God, the Eternal Father in the name of Christ, if these things are true, and if ye shall ask with a sincere heart, with real intent, having faith in Christ, he will manifest the truth of it unto you, by the power of the Holy Ghost.
And by the power of the Holy Ghost ye may know the truth of all things."

I love these scriptures because it tells me I can always go to Him for answers on anything, and I will know the truth. Whenever I am contemplating a change, I go to Him and he lets me know. I love this gospel!

  10. My current favorite quote: "Discipline in the divine pattern is not so much about punishing as it is about helping a loved one along the path of self-mastery." This was from Elder Christofferson's most recent conference talk 'Fathers.' I continually agonize over parenting techniques and how best to help my kids, and when I heard this quote it simplified my job in my mind.

  11. My all time favorite is Helaman 5:12: And now, my sons, remember, remember that it is upon the rock of our Redeemer, who is Christ, the Son of God, that ye must build your foundation; that when the devil shall send forth his mighty winds, yea, his shafts in the whirlwind, yea, when all his hail and his mighty storm shall beat upon you, it shall have no power over you to drag you down to the gulf of misery and endless wo, because of the rock upon which ye are built, which is a sure foundation, a foundation whereon if men build they cannot fall.
